Upon returning to the bay area in early 2016, I went down to San Carlos to acquire about a house previously bought, The house sold and was purchased by a younger couple, the place down on Sunnydale and Elm Street wasn't close enough to the city center of San Francisco, in part of the public transportation in San Francisco, I went back up to the main city, after purchasing a plane ticket to New York for a showing of DMX.

This single story, 3 bedroom 2 bath house with over 1,780 square feet. This house was Built in 1950 and was sold in 2016 for $1,922,702.00. it was re appraised for $1.83M - $2.02M, concidering on weather or not if there was upgrades.
